Notes: Rates are based on 2 guests; add 10 euro per night, per additional guest.

All rates are quoted in Euro, per villa per night and include services and taxes.

A fax or email notification towards the studios fax with t a copy of bank money transfer is also necessary, failing which shall automatically release the space. All accounts should be settled upon departure.

Deposit:
In order to activate your reservation, kindly let us have as a deposit the 20% of the total value of your reservation before the given release period is expired.

Please notice that the above-mentioned amount (s) are net to the hotel and any bank commission, expenses etc. encumber the payer and not the receiver.
